Tour Name: Inside a Sustainable Garden
Tour Content: The tour highlights our ongoing efforts to reduce carbon emissions through smart, passive design and innovative technologies, while harnessing renewable energy sources such as solar power and horticultural waste. This hybrid experience takes guests through our stunning outdoor gardens and into the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest (Jurassic World: The Experience), revealing a fresh and inspiring perspective on Gardens by the Bay’s sustainability journey.
- Include 1 hour guided tour, certificate of completion, A4 Sustainability Tour Information handout and admission to Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
- Rates apply to both Adult and Child.
- Flower Dome and Cloud Forest admission tickets are dated and valid only on the scheduled date of tour.
- Each tour is fixed group size of 20 participants.
- Advance booking is required at least 7 working days in advance and confirmation will be on a first-come first-served basis, subject to guide availability.
- There will be no refund in-lieu of lesser number of guests in-attendance on the day, cancellation, or postponement of tour.
Terms and conditions
- We will process your order within 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
- Reservation and payment of Sustainability Tour package is to be made at least 7 working days before the date of event.
- Promotional period is from 5 August 2026 onwards.
- All prices are subjected to changes without prior notice.
- Flower Dome and Cloud Forest admission tickets are dated and valid only on the scheduled date of tour.
- Barcodes will ONLY be issued upon full payment made.
- Tours are strictly capped at maximum of 20 pax per group and are conducted in English Language.
- Maximum number of pax per tour slot is (3 groups of 20 pax), subject to guide’s availability.
- No refund will be made in the event that the guest do not turn up on date of visit.
- Booking is subjected to availability and will only be confirmed after full payment.
- Name list of participants to be provided along with the order form for the Certificate issuance.
- Groups are required to present valid student identification onsite for verification.
- Once payment is made and booking is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
- For guests who wish to use the Double Conservatories ticket on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange. In the event of any dispute, Gardens by the Bay is not liable for any miscommunication and will direct the guests back to the Travel Agent whom they have purchased the tickets.
- Once the barcodes are issued and provided to the Travel Agent, Gardens by the Bay will not be liable for any fraudulent issues encountered by the Travel Agent and the Travel Agents’ re-sellers arising from the loss/fraud/theft/online issues/unauthorized duplication of these barcodes. We will not entertain any request for refunds nor reissuance of barcodes.
- These Terms & Conditions may be varied, amended or supplemented by GB from time to time without prior notice or consent from the Travel Agent. By endorsing this form, on behalf of your company, you have agreed, acknowledged and accepted all the Terms & Conditions stated. Any breach of our Terms & Conditions will result suspension or termination of the Travel Agent Account along with the Travel Agent rates.
