- This ticket is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Please contact your travel agent if the redemption code provided is deemed to be invalid or if you require
any changes. Any changes will be subjected to availability. - There will be no refund for unused printed ticket either in part or full. All printed tickets are
non-transferable. - If more tickets are required at the point of redemption, we recommend that you contact your travel agent
or simply purchase them at published rates over at our ticketing counters. - Tickets are not to be used for touting purpose.
- Sentosa reserves the right to make changes without further notice to information herein.
- Island Admission & Transport charges payable separately.
Governing the Use of Tickets:
- All guests must present a valid ticket to staff manning the island or attractions`s admission points or the
outlet staff to avail the services or products indicated on the tickets. - Individual procedures, policies and regulations governing the individual attractions and outlets shall
prevail. - SDC and the respective attractions and outlets reserve the right to decline and refuse any person(s) the
services or products stated on the tickets should it deem or suspect any violation or infringement of the use
of ticket. - For tickets that include meals at restaurants or outlets, prior reservation is required at the respective
restaurants or outlets. - It is the sole responsibility of the Sentosa Partner to ensure the usage of the tickets is in accordance with
the terms and conditions stated herein and/or that as may be amended, varied or supplemented by SDC
and/or its partners.
