Universal Studios Singapore VIP Experience
Tour Entitlements
- One-Day Ticket to Universal Studios Singapore.
- VIP access to at least 8 attractions during the guided tour.
- Universal Express access to selected attractions before and after the guided tour (one use per attraction).
- 1 lunch buffet at KT’s Grill (Non-Halal).
- Complimentary refreshments before and after the guided tour.
- 1 VIP Experience lanyard.
- 10% retail discount on selected merchandise.
- Opportunity for a private and prioritized Meet-and-Greets plus photo sessions with selected characters.
Note:
- VIP Experience is non-exclusive and can accommodate up to 12 participants. Tours are available in English.
- Child age 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant age 18 and above at all times. Participant under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up a form for their participation.
- For Halal and dietary requirements, kindly write in to vipexperience@rwsentosa.com at least 4 days before your tour visit date.
Terms and conditions
- VIP Experience is subject to availability.
- VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed.
- Participants must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes before the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience. Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
- The price of the One-Day VIP Experience Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
- If guests do not wish to enjoy the food offered at the VIP lunch buffet (included in the VIP Experience price), they may dine at a restaurant of their choice at their own expense. No partial refunds will be given if this occurs.
- 1 lunch buffet (redeemable at KT’s Grill):
- Lunch at 12:30pm - 1:30pm (10am and 10:30am tour time)
- Lunch at 1:30pm - 2:30pm (11am, 11:30am and 12pm tour time)
- Lunch at 2:30pm - 3:30pm (12:30pm and 1pm tour time)
- The 10% retail discount applicable on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
- If participants do not wish to enjoy the food offered at the VIP lunch buffet (included in the VIP Experience price), they may dine at a restaurant of their choice at their own expense. No partial refunds will be given if this occurs.
- For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant aged 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
- Parents/legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 years will be required to fill up a form in order for their child/ward to be able to participate in the VIP Experience.
- All participants must meet the appropriate height requirements imposed for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience and must be able to fully understand and comply with the safety requirements and recommendations for each of the attractions in the VIP Experience.
- Universal Studios Singapore Express Entitlement is not valid at Magic Potion Spin, Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunter, Ready, Set, Rescue!, Front Row on Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon and other selected Attractions.
- Universal Express pass is valid for one use per attraction only.
- Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change, amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole and absolute discretion.
